In Part 2 of this Foundations of Meditation Series, we're focusing on the breath.
The breath is a tool. And what's magical about this tool is that it's always available to us.
When we slow down our breathing, we shift our nervous systems into the parasympathetic state for a more peaceful inner world.
In this meditation, we'll focus entirely on the breath and I'll lead you through a Box Breathing exercise to slow your breath and soothe your nervous system.
