How often to you push through the day despite the anxiety?
How often to you move through the day on auto-pilot... just going through the motions?
This meditation will help you slow down and return to your breath so you can feel refreshed.
Every breath is an opportunity to begin again and reset.
Take the time to pause and then move forward.
