Suicide is a topic many of us struggle to talk about, yet it affects so many lives. This episode opens up an authentic, caring conversation about this critical issue. Our guest shares both personal experiences and professional knowledge, offering a unique and compassionate take on suicide prevention.
We explore the complex reality of suicidal thoughts, challenging myths and misunderstandings. Our discussion includes practical advice on what to say - and what not to say - when someone is struggling, and how to open doors for meaningful conversations about suicide. Our goal is to increase understanding, end stigma, and share information that could truly help someone in need.
