One topic that is very near and dear to Danny is hypertrophy, or big muscles. So when he told me he wanted to do a show about that, I was all for it. But we wanted to make sure we included plenty of information about how hypertrophy is beneficial to all athletes, not just bodybuilder types.

So we discussed what it is, how it’s useful for all sorts of athletic application, and Danny went through a list of ways to achieve hypertrophy.
