Jim Harshaw produces a very popular podcast called Success Through Failure, and Danny and I wanted to have him on the show to discuss his strategies for using failure as a means to achieve success. Having been a Division I All-American and won three ACC Championships for the University of Virginia, trained at the Olympic Training Center, and competed overseas for Team USA, Jim has experienced significant triumph and devastating defeat. He relates those powerful lessons of failure, struggle, setback, and, ultimately, success to us, and you.

If you want to know more about Jim, you can find more on his website (http://jimharshawjr.com/)
