Brad Kearns has been a fitness author and coach for over two decades. During his nine-year career as an elite-level triathlete, he was one of the world’s top-ranked professionals, with 30 wins on the pro circuit. That includes a remarkable streak of seven victories in a row, a world duathlon series championship, and two national triathlon championships. At one point, he was ranked as high as #3 in the world (1991).

So you can imagine how stoked Danny and I were to get a chance to talk to Brad about his journey and how he came to Primal/Keto nutrition. Brad understands the necessity of a success mindset, so he spends a lot of time reiterating and exploring that. Which was really great, because Danny and I both got to take notes.

You can find out more about Brad here: (http://www.primalblueprintpublishing.com/authors/brad-kearns/) or here (http://www.bradkearns.com/).
