Years into her practice, Dr. Leslie realized that the only way she could fulfill her calling and live authentically was to quit traditional medicine and start a health advocacy movement. Hence, the birth of Savvyladypatient.com, a place where she can empower women to find their voices and become their own best health advocates. Dr. Leslie continues to see a few select patients in the office. But her true passion is being a mother to two fantabulous children and leading the Savvy Lady Patient movement. When she is not wearing her stethoscope, Dr. Leslie enjoys painting, travelling, and volunteering for children’s advocacy programs.
