What does it take to get healthy and change your lifestyle? Join us as we chat with Nathan, a runner and an amateur weight loser who decided to take control of his weight in 2010. He’s a healthy living enthusiast and blogger over at NathanAlbert.WordPress.com.

Biggest challenge

While training for his first half marathon, Nathan struggled with some hip and joint pain that lead to a big challenge.

How do you stay so motivated and accountable?

Going back to the basics always helps Nathan stay on track. Using his blog to stay accountable has also been a huge part of his journey.

Key Advice For Beginners

It’s never too late to start.

Grilled anything, especially grilled burgers with baked fries.
