The use of Cannabidiol (CBD) as medication was first approved by the FDA two years ago to treat childhood seizures. Most Americans now use this as an anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, and anti-insomnia drug.

CBD continues to show potential as an alternative - or even primary - medication or treatment for various ailments. More studies are needed to verify.
