Hello and welcome to episode 124 of The Mindful Kind podcast about mindfulness, apps and a few life changes I've been wanting to share.

First of all, these are the mindfulness practices I've been using regularly:

  • Mindful breathing
  • Noticing the weather and how it's changing
  • Practising yin yoga

And the big life changes include leaving my part-time job to focus on my business full-time (you'll hear about why it's a bit nerve-wracking during the episode!), I've started hosting mini-mindfulness and meditation sessions on my Instagram @rachaelkable and we're getting a new puppy in May!
