Jane is the host of Living More of a Life Podcast and the owner of Link Breathing.
The podcast seeks to create an awareness of knowledge and community. Jane believes that our lack of knowledge prevents us from being kind to others and ourselves. Jane seeks to challenge her listeners to think more sustainably and more inclusively and take control of the world we’re living in so that we can be better prepared for what life throws at us and help those that are in need of help.
She broadcasts each week from Oxford UK and she has been very successful at finding guests who have contributed to this knowledge of community and compassion.
Additionally she has successfully launched Link Breathing where she works one on with clients to have awareness through breathing techniques.
