This episode of The PBSCCS Podcast is with Hazael Wessin of the Houston Astros organization. Wes is currently a Strength and Conditioning Coach in the Big Leagues with Houston. He is a World Series Champion, has worked at various levels throughout the Minor League system, has worked with Team DR in the World Baseball Classic, and is the first Dominican-born Strength and Conditioning Coach to work in the Big Leagues. This is Part One of a two-part interview.
