A background as a qualified Life Coach and Inclusion Specialist created the perfect partnership of experience for her to be able to create impact in the Emotional Wellbeing space. After a personal trauma and living with chronic health conditions Fliss decided that it was time to start her journey into the world of wellness. Turning tragedy into a way to support others she created Co Design with Fliss.
