Do you ever wonder what is holding you back in your business? So often we hear that you grow your business by implementing strategies or by just doing personal development. Does just doing one of those things have the full impact? What I have seen for both myself and others is that we're not making the most of all of the elements available to us to grow our business. So how do make the most of all of the elements?

In today's podcast episode I want to talk to you about something I have become somewhat obsessed with and that's attachement styles and theory. I'm not claiming to be an expert but what I've noticed over the years shows a clear link between your attachment style and how you show up in your business. So join me as we discuss:

  • what are attachment styles
  • why do they show in the way we run our business
  • what is the connection between our style and our business
  • why awareness is the key to making change
  • the reasons why breaking patterns are so powerful

This episode gives you an opportunity to be curious about yourself and your business and how you are showing up and responding to things that happen. So many things play out from our personal life in our business and I would love to hear how knowing your attachment style is going to change how you grow your business moving forward.

I hope you’ll listen to this episode in full and then drop into my Insta DMs and let me know your thoughts.
