Send White Fox Talking a Message

A timely phone call from ‘mum’ probably stopped Adam becoming another suicide statistic. The pressures of management roles within the hospitality industry, relationship problems, combined with late nights, lack of quality sleep and huge alcohol consumption led to a diagnosis of depression and saw Adam ask himself “What’s the point?”. This culminated in Adam coming within seconds of steering his car into a wall.

Covid ‘lock-downs’ presented Adam with the opportunity to look at an alternative career path. He seized this with both hands, researching and taking ‘Life Coaching’ qualifications.

Adam is a founder of ‘A Game Consultancy’, a qualified life coach and knowledge broker. He specialises in looking at where you’re at, where you want to go and what’s standing in your way. Helping people identify that, they can create new techniques that can unlock the potential to live a more purposeful life. He is an advocate of the positive effects that reducing, and/or taking a break from, alcohol consumption can have towards improved physical health & mental well-being.

He teaches people how to develop a better morning routine and healthier habits. Having struggled with depression and overcoming suicidal thoughts, he has a great level of empathy and understanding around mental health.
