Ever feel suffocated by the opinions of others? It's a normal thing that most people struggle with sometimes. So often we play small out of fear of what other's might think of us. On this first episode of 2021, I am talking to you about just that: how to know what opinions matter and how to discern between people projecting their sh*t onto you and people giving helpful feedback. When we trust our choices and ourselves, we make better choices. The truth is, people are going to judge us either way, so let's stop playing small out of fear of judgment and create the life we want!
