Get ready for this week’s episode because it’s a doozy!

First, Tim and Jess share some of the reactions they received from the Unlife Your Life episode, most of which really surprised them. They also discuss a few more ULYL issues that came to mind throughout their discussion, and it’s a great expansion on what turned out to be a very popular convo!

The next topic is about #AsianHate, how it’s affected Jessica as an Asian American, and the incredible complexity behind racial issues today. Between how to feel, what to think, what to say, and when to say it, Jessica shares her insights on topics she has grappled with her whole life.

Lastly, Tim and Jess talk with Ashley Cossairt, Interim Executive Director at Run Wild Missoula and Race Director of the Missoula Marathon. As many of you know, we lost our dear friend and former Executive Director of Run While Missoula - Tony Banovich - last year. Since that time, Ashley has been shouldering a lot of the load previously carried by Tony. Big shoes to fill, but as you can tell from this convo, Ashley is a natural and the race that’s always been a top Marathon on The BibRave 100 is in good hands!!

This episode is sponsored by The Missoula Marathon! All events are virtual – Full, Half, and 5K, and they’re bringing the race to you with the Missoula Runner Box - loaded with Missoula and Montana-specific goodies for all participants! Race weekend is from June 25 - 27 and you can use code "BR2021" for $5 off Half/Full entry!
