Here is what half of the people don’t realize. You don’t have to try and survive. Your body is an army of 70 trillion cells that are all programmed to help you survive. YOU WILL SURVIVE. Look around you and you can see it. I used to be one of those survivors. One of those people that is living in emergency mode 70% of the day. The homeless man is an excellent example of our innate programming that proves that you will survive. A human being actually needs very little to sustain life. A little bit of liquid, a little bit of solid, and our breath. As long as something is nourishing the body and the body is putting of exhaust, as long as the body has air, it will live on. No thought needed. Here is a statistic that will shock you. 80 billion pounds of food is THROWN AWAY by restaurants every year. So, does it still seem so impossible for a homeless man to “survive?” Survival isn’t the issue and hasn’t been the issue for a long time. Living is the issue. And not just living, but letting everyone else live…..

It is my belief that is possible. It is my life’s goal to see it happen. To CoCre8 Oneness. You see. It can’t happen by my action alone. But I know my actions have the potential of inspiring change and that is moving in the right direction.

My goal for you listening to this podcast is to reprogram your mind. All you have to do is choose a few episodes from this channel and listen to them daily. Specifically, listen to this motivational content before you go to bed and as you wake up in the morning.
Here are the steps I took to reprogram my mind.
1. Trade music and television for audiobooks and motivational content. ie. this podcast!
2. Do this worksheet. Write out 30 things you want to be, 30 things you want to have, and 30 things to do.
3. Download Jake's sleep hypnosis, and if you want hypnosis specifically for overcoming addiction, I created one you can download for free here.
