Here are a few tips to help you stay motivated. Life happens for us, not to us, but that still doesn't mean the weather is always going to be sunny. If you truly want to prevent your own disappointment, define your purpose by the predication of your joy combined with reciprocal intent. How can you bless someone else by pursuing your deepest passions? How can you benefit 100% of humanity by developing your natural gifts into honed skills?
My goal for you listening to this podcast is to reprogram your mind. All you have to do is choose a few episodes from this channel and listen to them daily. Specifically, listen to this motivational content before you go to bed and as you wake up in the morning.
Here are the steps I took to reprogram my mind.
1. Trade music and television for audiobooks and motivational content. ie. this podcast!
2. Do this worksheet. Write out 30 things you want to be, 30 things you want to have, and 30 things to do.
3. Download Jake's sleep hypnosis, and if you want a hypnosis specifically for overcoming addiction, I created one you can download for free here.
