My goal for you listening to this podcast is to reprogram your mind. All you have to do is listen to a few episodes of this podcast every day. Specifically, listen to this motivational content before you go to bed and as you wake up in the morning.
Here are the steps I took to reprogram my mind.
1. Trade music and television for audiobooks and motivational content. ie. this podcast!
2. Do this worksheet. Write out 30 things you want to be, 30 things you want to have, and 30 things to do.
3. Download Jake's sleep hypnosis, and if you want a hypnosis specifically for overcoming addiction, I created one you can download for free here.
