He’s back!

My guess is that you have come from the same era as me in that you have had this idea that cardio is necessary for fat loss. Maybe you have even taken it as far as me where at my peak, I was doing an hour + of cardio just to maintain.

When I hired Lean Bodies Consulting 13 years ago, this was an area that Erik really changed the amount I did on a weekly basis. He also taught me that doing more of the popular intense cardio (or crossfit, orange theory, metabolic circuits) actually works against you as you get older.

I knew that YOU all need to get an earful like I once did, and jump off the crazy train of doing tons of cardio.

Erik dives in with the science behind it all.
