You eat, and sometimes it’s a big portion, sometimes it’s a medium sized portion, and sometimes it’s not much food. The question always is are you eating enough or are you eating too much?

In this episode, we unravel the feeling of too much after meals with Paula Strum. Paula is a registered dietitian, functional medical nutritionist, certified gastrointestinal nutritionist, and master level neurolinguistic coach where she supports countless people through their gut and autoimmune journeys.

She believes health is more than just the food we eat, it’s everything that we ingest...through our lungs, skin, brain, and gut. That can include food, information, toxins, and other people’s energy. Ultimately, her quest is to offer her clients personalized, compassionate care along with the latest in nutrition and lifestyle science to support all areas of their health.
