As moms, we're hyper-focused on our kids getting enough sleep, because we know how vital it is to their health and mood. But as women? We're often up well past our bedtimes, rage-cleaning, trying to sneak in some time with our spouses, or binge-watching Bridgerton, as if we're super-women who can run our chaotic lives on willpower and coffee alone.
