I lived through it and now I have the power to share my stories with the world.I will be sharing with you my past struggles with food and especially alcohol. Come prepared to hear a moving story about how angry and scared I used to feel inside. Once upon a time, these feelings wove deep threads of pain, shame, and sadness in my life and I attempted to drink them away… Would you like to hear how I discovered my true power- created calm and found space between my mind and heart?
