Being vulnerable is viewed as being weak. Vulnerability is not a trait that our society values. I disagree! I think vulnerability show strength. If you are willing to open yourself up to failure and loss you are living. The opposite side of the coin is never showing vulnerability and living in a false world of impenetrable control. I always say that true learning can only occur when you are at the brink of failure. You never learn from playing it safe and driving the speed limit. Sometimes you need to let the back end slide out so you can learn how to steer into the slide and correct your course. I also believe in creating controlled and safe environments to experiment with your vulnerability. That is what this weeks task and #DreamBIG episode is all about. FYI: The #DreamBIG series is a quick motivational kick in the keister! The #DreamBIG episodes are 6-12 minute dream big segments that are bite sized and easy to digest. If you follow them from week to week you will have a game plan that will help you tackle life at the highest level. A personal performance roadmap!
