Discover how Dr Keon Kirlew went from pain to passion. Dr. Kirlew's journey in healthcare began at the University of Lethbridge studying a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During his education he played soccer for the University of Lethbridge that sparked his interest in injury rehabilitation. He eventually found himself studying at New York Chiropractic College where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic and began exploring his interest in sports medicine. Dr. Kirlew recognized the importance of exercise in people's lives and has done additional education earning a Diploma in Fitness and Health promotion at Humber College. After graduation he co-founded a multidisciplinary clinic called LABX that focuses on creating long term solutions to pain. Perform eight reps with a two-second pause at the bottom of each rep. Rest 10 seconds.
