Feeling betrayed by her body for decades, Rachel Lavin is now on a mission to create a safe space for all women to feel whole in their own bodies. With 23 years in the wellness industry as a personal trainer and health coach, she recently released her memoir, The Doughnut Diaries, to inspire others on their journey.
