Derlene Hirtz is an NLP Trainer, Master Coach, author, speaker, and franchise
owner of TEAM Referral Network. She is founder of You Empowered Services; a coaching and training business. Through her training and coaching business, Derlene helps professional women move past living in the past, old beliefs and habits that keep them trusting their judgement and creating the life they dream, desire, and deserve. She is the author of the best selling book, “Journey of Intention—Life Made to Order” and #1 International best seller, “Fearless and Fabulous.”
As a franchise owner, she creates an environment of excellence and provides face-to-face
networking in order to grow businesses through relationship marketing.
Ultimately, Derlene’s greatest successes are being married to her biggest sup-
porter, Steve, for 39 years, her two children, Derek and Krista, their spouses, and greatest of all, three grandchildren with a granddaughter to be born this summer.
Monica Orban, personal growth coach, partners with individuals seeking shifts in perspective around life’s transitions. She works with clients on overcoming feeling “stuck” and releasing old stories, which ultimately leads them to finding their own inner harmony.
Monica holds a certification from an International Coach Federation Certified Training Program, as well as a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Butler University and a Masters in Education with a music emphasis from Lindenwood University. Ms. Orban has also been a collaborative pianist in the St. Louis area since 2010.
