Thomas Lilley is the owner and founder of Zero Weakness, a strength and powerlifting coaching brand, chain of gyms and equipment manufacturer based in Australia. He is also a powerlifter who has totaled 1012.5kg single-ply in the 125kg class (Australia's number one equipped total at the time of recording).

Jordan Helyer is a Zero Weakness coach and a powerlifter who has totaled 850kg at 100kg. He is the owner of Zero Weakness Wales, coming soon to Cardiff.

In this episode, Alex, Jordan and Thomas discuss almost every factor that is typically atrributed to a lifter making progress in powerlifting, with Jordan and Thomas weighing in on how much each of these factors actually make a difference.
