We forget sometimes that we aren’t anxious by default, we LEARNED anxious. You aren’t a people pleaser, you LEARNED people pleasing. You weren't born angry, you LEARNED anger. If being in a state of anxiety, shame, or resentment is a learned habit, that means being calm AF is also a learned habit.
