🌟 Some Big Takeaways from this Episode:

  • Breaking the Cycle: Recognizing that every time we say we’re ending the relationship but stay we trust yourself a little less, plus some strategies to begin rebuilding that trust in self
  • Sit in the Discomfort: Learning how to put down someone else’s emotional work and be okay being uncomfortable with where that leaves us, like breaking the cycle and finally ending the relationship
  • Stop Self-Abandoning: When we, whether consciously or subconsciously, put ourselves in a place to be abandoned by another person we are self-abandoning and recreating a childhood abandonment wound. We can reclaim our power by taking ownership and ending that cycle and pattern

🎙 This podcast is definitely Cheaper than Therapy
