Today we are talking about fat burners. NATURES FAT BURNERS - Are you taking fat burners? Do you really know what they are doing to your body?

Most fat burners can increase the levels of cortisol, a stress hormone. Cortisol works hard during times of fear or stress. Cortisol has some very cute kick names like “the death hormone” and “THE FAT STORAGE HORMONE.” So cute right?
When your cortisol levels are elevated your body is in stress or "fight & flight mode". It will temporarily shut down bodily systems such as your metabolism and fat burning so it can get escape danger.
