  • PRODUCE: 1 cup basil leaves, 5-7 pitted dates, 1 bag cauliflower rice
  • DRY & PACKAGED: 1/8 cup nutritional yeast
  • CANS & BOTTLES: 1 can coconut milk, 1 sm can tomato puree/sauce, 1 tsp tomato paste, 2 Tbsp soy sauce alternative (liquid aminos)
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: allspice, cinnamon, onion powder
