When Karin Hill's husband of 37 years was tragically murdered ten years ago, she experienced a deep trauma. Her heart was racing all day long and her pressure went up - and she remained in that high alert state for weeks and weeks. It was going to kill her.

Doctors prescribed anti depressants, and they didn't help. After four months, doctors were still unable to stop Karin's symptoms. Talking therapy didn't help either.

One night Karin remembered something about hypnosis and the body-mind connection that she had learned years before. She immediately made up a 20 minutes self-hypnosis in her mind and changed the haunting picture in her mind into a good one.

The day after she felt well for the first time in months, and has remained well ever since - so today she is able to share her remarkable recovery story, as part of her mission to help those who went through trauma and have tried everything, to no avail.

Truly the body keeps the score! Prepare to be inspired by this touching experience that will show you the amazing power of our mind. The healing power we are seeking for is found within ourselves.
