I remember a song from Bee Gees: "How can you mend a broken heart" which was about the end of a love story. I always wondered: is it actually possible to heal our shuttered self?

It's difficult to describe the heartbreak, shock, numbness and feeling of loss that happen when a serious or long-term relationship ends. Our future, the life we envisioned with our partner vanish in front of our eyes. We might feel broken, rejected, abandoned, dead inside, hopeless, alone, angry or bitter. We might have thought that this person was our soulmate and we might think that we will never find another relationship that is as satisfying as this was.

Some of us end up in toxic relationships, too. They accepted to be in them because deep down, they didn't believe that they deserved any better. They had no trust in themselves.

In this heart-felt interview with Beatrice Zamfir, a relationship coach and hypnotist based in the UK, we will discuss all the aspects to consider when we find ourselves alone. Not only that, but she will explain how by working with Advanced Conversational Hypnosis (ACH) we can shift to a lighter, easier state, filled with peace, hope and understanding - a new self.

Beatrice has been nominated as the Mental Health Specialist of the year for 2023/2024 at London Prestige Awards. This is a great honour and a testament to her dedication and hard work in the field of mental health. Additionally, she is being recognised as one of the top 500 entrepreneurs dedicated to helping people in so many countries is a remarkable achievement.
