Dr. Berg talks about the best way to spike your testosterone is through intermittent fasting (IF). IF raised a hormone in the hypothalamus called gonadotrophic releasing hormone by 26% in obese people and by 67% in non-obese people giving an overall increase of 180% testosterone. Low testosterone can cause decrease libido (sex drive), erectile dysfunction, loss of muscle mass and just a lack of get up and go.

Eating in general raises insulin, not to mention all the sugar people eat thus killing and blocking the release of testosterone. So do intermittent fasting, keto (avoiding sugar), cut the alcohol and also realize that the more you lose weight, then easier it will become because overweight people have higher levels of insulin in general. Fast at least 16 hours but work up to 20 hours of fasting.
