Life is GOOD! But... life is busy. Whether it is due to travel, crazy work schedules, social life, passion projects, training, dieting - all the things add up very quickly! Here is an honest look into all the things in my life currently and how I have been able to recognize overwhelm and anxiety cues, best practices to work through them, and how to best prepare for them in the future.
