Breakfast! The most important meal of the day. You're probably wondering why I wanted to make an entire episode about this and truthfully it's because I love this meal and it honestly makes or breaks my day. I think that living in the United States breakfast has been marketed to us with unhealthy food items that don't set our day up for success and I want to share why this meal is important, numerous studies that have been done on it, and what we can do to help set our day up for success!
