Spring is arriving and with it, we hope, brings sunnier skies, greener grass, blooming flowers and of course, allergy season. Affecting nearly a quarter of us every year, the immune system recognises pollen as dangerous and reacts by releasing chemicals that cause inflammation. To shed light on this season of allergies, we are so delighted to introduce our Lead GP at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, Dr Ursula Levine. Dr Ursula Levine has more than thirty years of clinical experience combining Western and traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) specialising in trauma therapy. Supporting her patients in accessing the best preventative and solutions-focused treatments available, Dr Levine regularly writes and broadcasts on fasting and supplementation for health, preventive medicine, trauma, medical stress-management, and weight control. She is an active member of the British Society for Ecological Medicine and the Balint Society, supporting doctors in improving their understanding of the relationship between clients and medical professionals. Listen to Dr Levine begin our new Feel Well series, as we discover ways to improve inflammation and other symptoms, caused by allergies. https://www.lanserhof.com/en Welcome to Forever Young, the Lanserhof podcast. Every other Tuesday, join Mario Pederzolli in conversation with a variety of health experts and special guests as they explore what it means to live a balanced, healthy and happy life.
