Holy smokes this episode is a big one, I had Steven Jaggers from Somatic Breathwork on this week and he did not disappoint!
We got into his upbringing, professional background, and how he eventually came to creating Somatic Breathwork. Steven went DEEP on how our nervous systems react to stressors and trauma as well as how we can use our breath to process and release these.
I was blown away by his genuine, caring nature and his extensive knowledge surrounding healing, creating a safe space, trauma, physiology & psychology.
This, my friends, was an amazing episode and one I would love for you to share out for me. I know there are people out there that need to discover this healing modality and will change their lives by engaging with it.
