Show Summary:

“If you truly want to embrace life, you must remain open to both pain and sorrow. Closing yourself off to these emotions also hinders your path to joy, light, and love. By welcoming love, your grief will gradually diminish in comparison.”

In the past few years, I've reflected on the profound experiences of love and loss that have greatly impacted my life. Life can be challenging, filled with pain and impermanence. However, within every hardship and shadow, there are silver linings for those who seek them with an open mind.

In this very special episode, I'm joined by Ryan Grover, my unwavering support and soon-to-be husband. We delve into how he holds space for me to express my grief and the deep sense of loss my children and I feel for Tristin, while wholeheartedly embracing our growing family.

If you are currently grappling with loss, I hope this episode brings you solace, reminding you that love, healing, and abundance are within reach when your heart remains open.
Exceptional Highlights:

  • Your capacity for love knows no bounds, enabling you to embrace and cherish multiple individuals without diminishing the love you have for others.
  • Supporting a partner who has experienced loss requires self-reflection, empathy, and addressing your own fears and insecurities in open communication.
  • Instead of suppressing a child's emotions, our role is to hold space for them without judgment and stay grounded in our strength, allowing them to process and open up their hearts.
