Big update for Hate to Weight-ers!

John and I have decided to take a break from recording regularly. We apologize for the delay in getting episodes out to you and we are continuing to work on them. I talk about it more at the beginning of the episode.

A heads up, this was recorded a few months before this was released and you may hear some older news stories we talk about. We apologize for the delay in getting these episodes to you and we thank you so much for your patience.

  • Our AMAZING Artist-in-Residence in our Facebook Group Theresa Crout made the most incredible artwork for our Live for this week and we thank her so much! Check out her stuff on Her website | Facebook | Instagram.
  • Emily’s Shark Week has come to visit again and she’s trying Chaste Berry + Dong Quai capsules to help with the hormones.
  • She’s also using mindfulness to help with her stress and eating, including some eating games like the ones we played with Harriet Morris, the Eating Coach.
  • We talk about our triggers for our own binge-eating, as well. Sometimes knowing the triggers for us helps us be a lot more mindful about how we react.
  • Has anyone else tried Apple Cider Vinegar for dieting? What did you think? Let us know!
  • John was in the hospital this week and he gives us the update. Thanks for all your well wishes!
