I'm joyed to pair this episode with America's biggest eating holiday!
Tracy Astle and I got together to discuss finding pleasure in food and how you can do that, too. That means this Thanksgiving, no matter how you spend the day, you just might find a little more pleasure in the food you eat.
Tracy is a West Coast girl, a wife, mother, and grandmother who loves to learn. She's a hard core optimist who believes there is beauty and personal power to be found in any situation. One of the things closest to her heart is helping people identify the lessons in their lives and finding where their power lies.
Tracy brings compassionate, encouraging support to those desiring a relaxed, peaceful relationship with food and with themselves. She assists her clients in becoming intuitive eaters who are skilled at tuning into their own body wisdom.
She studied at Brigham Young University and became a certified Eating Psychology Coach through The Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
