We hate to say it, but one of the most significant relationships we have as modern women is the one we have with our phone. But while we have many good reasons for using them, we have to admit that our phone usage has an impact on our relationships and on our mental health. Today, we get honest about those impacts, and ask the practical question - short of building a time machine to the 1990s, is there anything we can do to improve things?

Listen to learn more about:

  • how our phone usage harms our most important (and even very casual) relationships
  • a few of the ways our phones damage our mental and physical health
  • some practical suggestions to change your relationship with your phone

Plus, Jess ruins everything for everyone by making a plan (and thereby causing a blizzard which kept her kids at home which wrecked the plan); Andrea and Jessica wrestle with the word ironic (thanks, Alanis!); and we reveal how we discover Tik Tok trends (via MSNBC articles about 3 months later… tell me you’re a millennial without telling me you’re a millennial!)
