We live in a “diet” culture. Quick quiz: how many diets can you name off the top of your head right now? The average answer from women is at least 5.
No matter what type of diet you are influenced to try, the fact is that how much and what you eat directly impact your hormones.

Today, Cody has invited Kaely McDevitt to join her for a discussion to break down which hormones are impacted when we cut calories and to provide a few strategies for keeping our hormones as happy and healthy as possible when we have a weight loss goal.

Kaely McDevitt is a Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrition for women's health. She owns a virtual private practice where she and her team help their clients reclaim their energy, optimize fertility and overcome hormone symptoms through personalized nutrition. Having experienced the pitfalls of a conventional approach to women's health first hand, Kaely is passionate about empowering women to build health from a place of connection: to self, to nature and to community.
