How I overcame the feelings of not being enough?
Change feelings, change at the thought and belief levels. So many people are unnecessarily unhappy, stressed and anxious.
  1. Unattach happiness to Earthly measures (how much money you make, how much you’ve achieved, how popular you are, how cute you look, where you live, who your friends are etc.) Peels off all the layers. insatiable. Happiness is fleeting.
  2. Attach happiness to God’s measures. Are you connected to Him. Am I grateful for what I have? Am I creating with what I’ve got? Am I serving humanity with love? Magnify it just a bit in collaboration with Him?
  3. Love God and receive His love (Loving God, Loving self, loving others)

Loving God
Show that God comes first by your actions.
Actively seek God.
Have a humble heart and surrendering will.
Be obedient to Him.
Act on inspiration quickly.
Honor yourself.

Loving Self

Honoring your body
Hone your mind
Magnify your spirit
Define your calling and boundaries
Plan and execute your life plans
