In this week’s episode Hannah and Ali talk all things set point. Talking about letting go of controlling your weight can bring up a lot of thoughts, feelings and fears, and we knew there was no better expert to answer your questions than Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and fellow anti-diet crusader Haley Goodrich. What the heck is set point theory? How do you even know if you’re at your set point? Why is it so bad to keep your weight stable through diet and exercise if you have a normal BMI? Is your highest weight your set point? If I lose fat and gain muscle, and stay at this same weight, will I still be at my set point?
