Undivided is a podcast series that focuses on breaking down the barriers which divide society. My special guest is Suzanne Reilley a health coach who has worked with hundreds of clients to help them find both physical and emotional wellness. She will provide concrete steps and methods to help individuals determine the most effective approach to fitness. Frank J. Maduri is the host of Undivided and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), ELI-MP. Frank is also a freelance writer and journalist with news writing credits globally. His coaching practice focuses on career transition and personal development. Frank has a published poetry collection and is in the final stages of production on his second book.
