007: Emotional Freedom Technique & Healing with Karen Risløw
Manage episode 361839071 series 3462299
This is such an exciting episode! Not only is it the very first interview on the podcast, but it’s also with my personal Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, Coach and friend, Karen Risløw. In the show, Karen and I discuss the power of EFT, also known as tapping.
EFT uses acupuncture points on the body and face combined with keywords and phrases to help release trapped emotions stored within the body. I just love EFT. I use it regularly to manage emotions, reduce stress and overwhelm, manage my anxiety around losing my children, and gain clarity. A huge benefit for you, as a mom, is you can work through the points in a matter of minutes. And what mom doesn’t love a quick way to reduce the feeling of going insane while the kids are screaming?
I hope you enjoy the show. If you do, please leave a review on your favourite podcast platform.
Headphones are recommended if little ones are around.
