Julia Parzyck is a certified coach in eating disorder recovery who is dedicated to empowering girls and women to live a life beyond the constraints of diet culture. She firmly believes that all bodies are beautiful, and that health and wellness look different for everyone. After struggling with her own body image and relationship with food, Julia sought help from an eating disorder therapist and a registered dietitian, which led her to recovery and inspired her to help others. Through her coaching, she aims to help women unlearn harmful beauty standards and embrace their true selves by feeding their minds, bodies, and souls. Her message is one of positivity, inclusivity, and self-love, encouraging others to live a purposeful and meaningful life outside of diet culture.
